Family & Community Readiness
Emergency planning, communications, medical preparation, and practical decision-making for households, churches, and community groups.
Trinity Defense Dynamics is building practical emergency-readiness and defensive-training programs for people responsible for families, teams, and communities.
At TDD, knowledge transfer is a two-way process. Instructors and participants bring different experiences, questions, and perspectives to every session. Each interaction, drill, and lesson is designed with a clear purpose: to strengthen fundamentals, sharpen judgment, and help people progress from where they are.
Our developing training model is built around personal connection, adaptable instruction, and practical feedback. Cadre will be selected for documented qualifications, diverse professional experience, and the ability to teach—not simply perform. Training will be shaped for responsible civilians, public-safety professionals, military personnel, and government organizations, from foundational skills and medical readiness to equipment assessment, applied research, and organization-specific program development.

Future development phaseTDD develops tailored training support for military, federal, state, and local public-safety organizations. Each engagement is shaped around mission requirements, end-user needs, agency policy, and the appropriate scope of authorization. Organizations may submit a training inquiry for review and direct follow-up.
Potential future programs built only after TDD can verify the client need, instructor qualifications, training location, legal scope, and insurance coverage.

Amos grew up just outside Atlanta, Georgia, after his parents immigrated to the United States. Following high school, he began a collegiate football career as an outside linebacker, competing for four and a half years before transitioning from athletics into military service.
Amos enlisted in the U.S. Army as an Airborne Combat Medic, where he received training in emergency and operational medicine. While training toward becoming an 18D Special Forces Medical Sergeant, he sustained injuries that ultimately resulted in his medical separation from the Army.
Following his military service, Amos continued building his career at the intersection of emergency medicine, public safety, emergency management, and protective operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a pre-medical focus and currently serves as an EMT and law-enforcement officer with a metro Atlanta sheriff’s office while continuing his paramedic education.
His continuing education includes Florida State University’s Emergency Management certificate through its Emergency Management and Homeland Security program, with plans to pursue graduate-level study in medical human anatomy through the University of Florida. This multidisciplinary education continues to expand his foundation in operational medicine, emergency preparedness, crisis management, and protective response.
Amos founded Trinity Defense Dynamics (TDD) and serves as its Chief Training Officer, leading the development of the company’s training philosophy and capabilities. TDD is being built at the intersection of defensive solutions, austere medicine, applied research and development, crisis management, protective response, and evacuation planning, with the goal of supporting civilian, public-safety, and government audiences.
Outside of his professional work, Amos is a devoted husband and proud father of two daughters. His approach to leadership, service, and the continued development of Trinity Defense Dynamics is grounded in three enduring priorities: God, family, and purpose.
